Antique 20’s Dutch matchbox holder
This Arts & Crafts style matchbox holder was made by the Dutch metalware factory of Metawa in the city of Tiel.
It would be the perfect piece to display on your desk or side table!
After a century the matchbox holder still remains in good condition.
Over the years it acquired a sublte oxidized patina which only adds more charm to it!

This Art Deco style paper weight is made of zamac and features a marble base.
It’s a copy of the monument made by Frédéric Auguste BARTHOLDI (1834-1904) to commemorate the Siege of Belfort. On the side it says ‘aux defenseurs de belfort 1870-71’, it was made by M. Schmitt in Belfort – France.

This prosthetic leg has actually been worn and made it possible for its wearer to walk again after losing his, or her leg. It was made in France in the beginning of the 20th century.
It’s an unique oddity that would be the perfect addition to any medical collection or cabinet of curiosities!
After more than a century the prosthesis remains in used condition and shows signs of wear and time.
Over the years it acquired a nice patina which only adds more charm to it! Sadly one of the small leather straps next to the joint is torn.
The prosthesis is treated with antique wax to give its surface a protective layer and a subtle glossy finish. All leather parts have been cleaned and treated with leather grease.

This Arts & Crafts style forged iron sculpture was made by Hugo Berger. The German iron craftsman founded his first metal factory in 1895 and became world famous for his decorative ironwork.
The ashtray was shaped like a drakkar viking ship and features a candle- & cigarette holder.
The company name of Goberg was signed on the bottom.
This unique piece would be a real eyecatcher displayed in your interior or collection!

Vintage Norwegian moose head mount – ‘Alces alces’

Vintage 30’s Solingen sailers rope knife
