    Antique early 1900’s Dutch butcher belt

    The belt features a leather sheath with 6 meat knives.
    It has once been worn and used by a butcher carving and cutting up meat.
    Some of the knives still show brand marks.

    It would be the perfect decor piece to display in a butcher shop, restaurant or kitchen!

    After more than a century the belt is in worn condition. Over the years it acquired a nice patina that only adds charm to it. Some of the knives have been sharpened so many times the blades slowly worn smaller. All the items are treated with grease and antique wax to give their surface a protective layer and a subtle glossy finish.

    These antique binoculars were manufactured in the German city of Jena by Carl Zeiss, a company that over the years got famous for the high quality lenses & optical systems!
    The level of craftmanship that was put into these binoculars is hard to find in modern optics and is life-lasting!

    It stills shows its serial number of 695057, which indicated they are made in the year 1926.

    These binoculars would make the perfect gift to any enthousiast of optics or binoculars!

    After almost a century the binoculars are in worn condition and show signs of use. Over the years they acquired a patina which only adds rustic charm to them in my eyes!

    It was printed in Germany in the beginning of the 20th century for educational purposes and has presumably served in a school.

    Vintage 40’s WWII era military issued Original Bezard compass

    The Bezard-Kompass was a highly successful compass made by the Austrian manufacturer of Lufft.
    Because of its reliability it has been used by the military in multiple European counties! This very compass was issued by the german army during the second world war!

    This rare piece is collectible, decorative and usable! It would be cool to take with you on a hiking trip or to display as small decor.

    Even after 80 years the compass still remains in good condition and only shows minor signs of use!
    It’s in a function condition and still points north easily!

    This unique drawing was done by a Dutch artist in the 1920’s and shows a large steamer ship called ‘Europa’.
    It still shows a signature in the lower right corner but I’ve not been able to identify it.
    It was framed by the Dutch art dealer of Joh. D. Scherft and features a classic wooden frame with glass covering the drawing.

    It would be the perfect piece to display in your rustic style interior!

    After more than a century the drawing remains in good condition. Over the years both the drawing and wooden frame acquired a nice patina which only adds more charm to them!

  • Vintage 40’s Swedish Army M1909 Parka

    Vintage 40’s WWII Swedish army issued M1909 winter parka

    Originally these sheepskin lined coats were issued by the Swedish army to their troops to withstand the freezing winter tempretures of Scandinavia!
    These parkas have gained iconic status for their rugged design and quality! They are called ‘Livpäls’ by the Swedes which means ‘a coat for life’ and they seem to live up to that name!
    The jacket is made by de Swedish military supplier Mats Larsson.

    It is the ultimate winter coat and can still be worn!

    After 80 years the parka still remains in good condition and only shows minor signs of wear and use. Over the years it acquired a nice patina that only adds more character to it!

  • Vintage 50’s Italian Banjolin

    Antique 50’s Italian banjolin

    This intrument was built in the 1950’s by the Sicilian luthier company of S. Sgroi Silvestri and is a perfect example of old school craftmanship!
    It comes with it’s original travel bag.

    This vintage instrument is still playable but would also be cool to display in your cabin or home!

    After 70 years the banjolin is in used condition and shows signs of wear.
    Sadly the veneer on the bottom of the back shows some damage.
    The piece has been generally cleaned and treated with antique wax.
    Except of minimal treatment I decided to leave the banjo in its original condition and leave it up to the next owner to either keep it that way or fully restore it.

    This poster used to advertise the newest winter collection of a French clothing store in in Boulevard des Italiens, one of the busiest boulevards of Paris!
    It was printed in 1887 and shows multiple ladies & gentlemen in classic 19th century clothing. It comes in a gilded frame.

    It would be the perfect piece to display in your clothing store or classic style interior!

    After more than a century the poster is in worn condition. Over the years both the painting and frame acquired a nice patina which only adds more charm to them in my eyes!
    The plaster on the gilded frame it has crumbled a bit over time, I treated it with a thick layer of varnish to prevent it from eroding any further.
