Antique 19th century Black forest coat hanger
This unique piece of folk art was made in the Black Forest area of Germany or Switserland.
It’s a great example of the craftsmanship the area got famous for and shows beautiful details. Its frame is carved out of hard wood and is decorated with pieces of deer antlers.
It would be the perfect addition to decorate your cabin, lodge or cabinet of curiosities!
After more than a century the coat hanger still remains in good condition.
Over the years it acquired a nice patina which only adds more charm to it!
Sadly one of the tip of one of the antler points on top broke off.

Antique 19th century wrought iron logo sign
This unique sign was hand forged by a black smith in the 1800’s. It presumably once decorated the facade of a shop or factory and shows the letters W, C and R.
It would be the perfect decor piece to display in a rustic style interior!
After more than a century the sign is on worn condition. Over the years it acquired a beautiful oxidized patina which only adds more charm to its rustic character! Also the cream coloured paint cracked over time, giving its surface a beautiful pattern. Sadly the right tips of the ‘W’ and ‘C’ are broken off.
The sign is treated with varnish to give the surface a protective layer, prevent it from rusting any further and giving it a subtle glossy finish.
