All items offered in Roots Reviveds collection are of age and are preowned.
Be aware that therefore they are all unique and might show signs of wear due to use and time. Signs of use, damage or unoriginal features that are worth mentioning will be stated as such, or can be seen in the description or photos of an object. Please read the corresponding description and photos of an item carefully before purchasing it to avoid any disappointments.
S H I P P I N G
All items will be carefully packed; we use recycled cardboard boxes and filling materials for a layer of protection and make sure to secure your item for safe shipping.
I will make sure to get your item in the mail and on its way as soon as possible.
All items be shipped with insurance and tracking code service with a trusted partner (PostNL); during shipment items will be traceable via a given tracking code. In case a package gets lost or damaged during shipment the value of the item will be covered.

I’ll do my best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery times will depend on the designated shipping company and is, unfortunately, out of my hands once the item leaves my shop.
Please contact me in case something goes wrong during shipment or something appears to have gone wrong before receiving an item, I’ll do my best to respond as soon as possible and help where I can.
Buyers are responsible for possible customs and import duties. Please check out if a shipment to your country or state qualifies before purchasing an item.
I am not responsible for delays caused by customs.
R E T U R N S
I prefer not to accept refunds or cancellations of orders, but if a buyer for valid reasons wishes to return an item, he or she is responsible for the shipping costs of returning an item. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were before they left my care. In case an item gets damaged in between arrival at the buyers address, and back to me, the buyer will be held liable and responsible.
The purchase price will only be transferred back to the customer after proper arrival of the returned item remaining in original condition.
Shipping costs will not be refunded.
