Antique 20’s Pyrogene pipe holder
This antique porte pipes was designed by Corneau Frères and cast by the renowned foundry Pyrogène in Charleville.
It features an elegant Art Nouveau design with flowing, organic lines and a beautifully sculpted gecko at its center.
The stand is equipped with 11 pipe holders and a central compartment designed to hold a matchbox.
A true collector’s piece, it would make a unique and functional addition to any smoking lounge or antique collection.
Even after more than a century, the pipe holder remains in good condition, though it shows expected signs of age and wear.
Over time, it has developed a rich patina that enhances its character and historical charm.

Antique early 1900’s Italian jewellery box
This unique chest is made out of mahogany and shaped like a row of books. It’s velvet lined and decorated with wooden inlay on top showing a laying man smoking a pipe.

Antique huge early 1900’s carousel panel
This huge panel once decorated the top rounding boards of a carousel that stood on fairs in the early 1900’s.
It shows a charming, hand painted western scene with two native americans riding horses through the prairie.
The scene was was painted on canvas stretched on a large white painted wooden frame.
The back of the frame has been provided with hooks and eyes with which the panels were originally attached to each other, making it easy to mount the piece on a wall or on chains.
Due to its size and the naive painteing technique that was used this panel is very characteristic and impressive!
This unique and impressive panel would be the perfect decor piece to display inside a steak house, ranch or man cave!
After more than a century the canvas and frame show a lovely distressed patina that only adds to the panel’s character! The panel shows signs of wear like tiny cracks in the paint surface. At the back the panel has been provided with a vertical plank to tension the canvas.
The wooden frame has been coated with transparent lacquer to give the surface a protective layer and a glossy finish. The canvas has been cleaned from dust and filth and has been coated with varnish afterwards.
