Vintage 30’s Walkron firemans axe with leather sheath
This ax was issued and used by the German fire brigade.
It has a short wooden handle with steel spike on the bottom, a steel blade and comes with its original leather sheath.
After almost a century of use it shows some signs of wear. There’s a crack in the wooden handle where the blade is screwed on.
It would fit perfectly decorating the wall of your cabin or lodge!

Vintage 50’s boy scout whistles
All these five whistles date back from the 1950’s and come in different sizes.
Some are made of brass and others of nickle, four of them have been marked by their brands:
– brass – H.W.C – whistle
– the ACME – Made in England
– Gold Cub – 1812
– Champion Whistle
Due to time and use they show a nice oxidized patina.
They’re still functional and very decorative!

Vintage 50’s Venlonia parlor guitar, with original gigbag
This intrument was built in the 1950’s in the Dutch Venlonia guitar factory that has been operational since 1939.
It’s a very decorative piece of history that would fit perfectly decorating the wall of a bar, cabin or mancave!
The guitar is decorated with a beautiful faux pearl pickguard!
Even after 70 years the guitar still remains in very good condition!
Due to years of temperature changes the wooden neck bent upwards making it very difficult to tune and play.
Perhaps it might still be useable for slide playing.
Except of minimal treatment and replacing the strings I decided to leave the guitar in its original condition and leave it up to the next owner to either keep it that way or fully restore it.

Vintage 50’s large German nickel pocket compass.
On the side of the compass is a transit stud for locking the needle.
The compass is in a good, functional condition.
It’s still functional and points north easily!
Cool to take with you hiking, to display as small decor or to make into an unique necklace!

Vintage 30’s French brass cased pocket compass
It’s in a used vintage-condition.
Due to years of use the compass shows an oxidized patina which only adds to its charm.
The glass cover on top got slightly damaged at one side.
The compass still is in a function condition and points north easily!
Cool to take with you on a hiking trip or to display as small decor!

Vintage 50’s home crafted hatchet multitool
With multiple functions the design of this tool is clever and ideal for survival!
It can be used as an ax, hammer, screwdriver and bottle opener.
It’s an unique curiosity that would fit perfectly decorating your cabin or lodge, or would still come in handy on a hiking or camping trip!
After almost a century of use the tool remains in worn condition.
The steel ax blade has become blunt but after some sharpening it will be useable again!

Antique 20’s banjolin with original hard case
This intrument was made in the 1920’s by the Dutch luthier company Marius that built stringed instruments from 1920 till 1945.
Its finish is a perfect example of old school craftmanship!
It comes with it’s original green felt and paper lined hard case.
A very decorative piece of history that would fit perfectly decorating your lodge or cabin!
Due to time and use the Banjolin shows signs of wear.
The piece has been generally cleaned and treated with antique wax.
It was originally built for eight strings but its bridge has been replaces with a four-string bridge.
Sadly one of the top tuners is missing.
Except of minimal treatment I decided to leave the banjolin in its original condition and leave it up to the next owner to either keep it that way or fully restore it.

Vintage 50’s Muntjac trophy mount – ‘Muntiacus’
This trophy shows the partial skull with antlers and little remaining fur mounted on a custom made shield.
A lovely and very decorative piece that would fit perfectly in your collection or cabinet of curiosities!
Due to years the trophy shows minor signs of wear but remains in good condition.

Vintage 19th century clay portrait pipe bowls with faces of bearded men
These pipe bowl were made in the 1800’s by the French ferm of J. Gambier in Givet and used to belong to the collection of the Pipe Museum of Amsterdam.
They are unique and very decorative items and would fit perfectly in any collection, cabinet of curiosities or as small decor in a barber shop!
The bowls remain in used condition.
After more then a century they show some signs of use and got a light distressed patina.

Vintage 50’s roe deer skull mount – ‘Capreolus capreolus’
This trophy shows a partial skull of a young roe male with fur still attached to it and two small horns mounted on an oak wooden shield plaque.
The roe was shot and mounted in France.
A lovely and very decorative piece that would fit perfectly in your collection or cabinet of curiosities!
