    The cat used to be on top of a victorian house as a roof ornament, possibly to scare of birds or maybe it was meant just for decoration.
    It still is a very decorative piece that, due to years of exposure to the elements, got a nice oxidized patina that only makes it more characteristic!

    It was placed on a wooden stand and would make the perfect decor piece to stand in your window or on a cabinet!

    Antique 19th century victorian childs prosthetic leg

    This small prosthesis has been customized for a child.
    Though called a prosthetic “leg” this actually is a prosthetic foot as it only replaces the wearer’s foot.
    The prosthesis features two bending hinges that replace the joints of the ankle, foot and knee and so still made it possible for the wearer to walk after losing his, or her foot.
    The prosthesis is equipped with multiple straps and buckles and could be fastened by leather straps on the wearers thigh.

    This is an unique oddity that would fit perfectly in a medical collection or cabinet of curiosities!

    After more than a century the prosthesis remains in a used condition and shows signs of wear and time.
    Except of some minimal restoration I decided to keep the leg in its original condition.
    All leather parts have been cleaned and treated with leather grease.

    Vintage 40’s WWII British Army Riders Boots

    Vintage 40’s British army issued buckle boots

    These rugged boots were worn by military dispatch riders on motorcycles.
    Their decent design is equipped with long laces, iron soles and three buckles on top.

    After 80 years of use they show signs of wear and time and got a nice distressed patina which only adds to the boots’ character by giving them a rough touch.
    Because of the soles being too worn out I think they are no longer wearable but they would still be very suitable for display!

    Vintage 50’s US army issued service boots, they most likely have been used during the Korean war!

    Due to years of military service the boots are in a distressed condition.
    The leather shows cracks and wear, both soles are worn out.
    Because of their current condition the boots aren’t wearable, but they’re still very decorative and would be perfect for display!
    Their distressed patina only adds to the boots’ character by giving them a rough touch.
    The leather has been cleaned and oiled.

    This rugged messenger bag was originally designed for Swiss soldiers to use as saddle bags on their horses.
    The bag once was one of a pair, connected by a chain and carried one on each side by the horse.
    A matching brown saddle leather shoulder strap was attached making it possible to wear.

    Swiss army made bags are famous for their design and durability, the quality of the saddle leather and the way it has been sewn together is very high! In addition, the bag is rugged & super stylish!

    The bag features a perfect sized compartment for a laptop, documents or other belongings and would be ideal for everyday use!

    The bag is in a used-condition, it faded nicely due years of use, giving it
    a rugged vintage-look! the leather got a distressed patina which only adds
    to the bag’s charm by giving it a rough touch.
    The bag stood the test of being used for years and will last just as long!

    The outer layer of the bag is made of canvas in olive-green color.
    The schoulder- & front straps are made of very robust, strong saddle leather.
    The leather parts have been cleaned and oiled, making the bag more flexible and comfortable to wear!
    The design of this early model is slightly different from the bags made in 60’s – 80’s which makes it more suitable for everyday use!

    The leather on the back is marked with origional initials of the first owner: and year ’59’.

    The bag is in a well-used condition.
    The two leather shoulder straps have been replaces by newer ones that are lighter brown in color.
    The Backpack stood the test of being used for years and will last just as long!
