Vintage 50’s KL Dutch army issued M57 para boots, almost identical to WWII US service boots!
These are very sturdy, decent boots which still have many miles to defy!
I personally have been wearing a pair of these for years now and I still love them!
After years of military service these boots remain in worn condition and show signs of wear.
The leather faded nicely due to years of wearing, giving them a rugged vintage-look!
They got a distressed patina which only adds the boots’ character by giving them a rough touch.
The soles and heels are a bit worn but will still endure for a while!
The leather has been cleaned and treated with leather grease.

Antique early 1900’s German School oil portait of hunter
The painting dates back to the early 20th century and shows a hunter smoking a pipe and wearig traditional German hunting clothing.
The man’s stately appearance and stern look combined with the earthy tones give this painting it’s characteristic charm.
With his great white beard he seemed to be inspired by some fairy tail!
The portrait was painted on a canvas and features a gilded golden frame.
It would fit perfectly decorating your gentleman’s room, shop or barber shop!
After more than a century the painting acquired a lovely patina that shows minor signs of wear.

Antique early 1900s Black forest nutcracker
This beautiful piece of folk art was traditionally hand carved out of hard wood in the Black Forest area of Germany and Switserland.
It’s a real piece of local craftsmanship and was shaped like a bearded hunter figure that can break open walnuts by closing his mouth.

Vintage 50’s leather rucksack
The classic design differs from most other briefcases as this one was equipped with two shoulder straps making it possible to wear it as a rucksack.

Antique early 1900’s oil painting
This beautiful piece shows an idillic Dutch winter scene and was painted on a wooden panel in the early 20th century.
It was signed by the Dutch artist saying ‘Sjoerd’.
The golden frame was added later and isn’t as old as the painting itself.

Vintage 60’s mounted moose antlers – “Alces alces”
This mount dates back to the 1960’s and is of Swedish origin.
The skull is mounted on a classic wooden plague shield and still shows skin.
This impressive trophy mount would be the perfect decor piece for above the fire place or on the wall of your cabin, lodge or man cave!
After 60 years the trophy shows some signs of wear. Due to the years the wooden shield shows a lovely worn patina that only adds to the trophy’s character!

Vintage 30’s German entomology display case with the caterpillar of the pine-tree lappet – ‘Dendrolimus pini’
This beautiful shadow box was made for educational purposes in the 1930’s in Germany and displays the caterpillar of the pine-tree lappet in it’s natural habitat.
It once belonged to the collection of the National School of Farming in Naaldwijk – the Netherlands.
On the bottom of the case a hand written note was attached explaning the numbers showed in the display.
This display case would be the perfect addition to any entomology collection or cabinet of curiosities!
The display case remains in good condition but shows some minor signs of wear.
The fragile insects are still intact.

Vintage 30’s leather short model motorcycle jacket
This 1930’s motorcycle jacket shows some nice original details like it’s zippers, buttons and buckles.
The jacket would be the perfect decor piece to hang on the wall of a motorcycle shop or mancave but also still is a stylish piece to wear while riding you classic bike!
The jacket is in a worn condition. After 80 years it faded nicely, giving great rugged look! Due to use and time the leather got a distressed patina which only adds to the jacket’s character by giving it a rough touch.
The lowest button has been replaces and is not original.
The leather has been cleaned and treated with saddle soap and oiled with leather grease.

Vintage 60’s European badger taxidermy mount – ‘Meles meles’
This beautiful animal was mounted by a professional in very accurate, natural looking proportions and position. It was mounted in a leaning position on a branch.
With its mouth open showing his original teeth the badger has a fierce look to it!
This chap deserves a nice home where it will be admired and loved! He would be the perfect guard pet to any cabin or lodge!
After 60 years the badger still remains in good condition and only shows minor signs of wear.
