Antique early 1900’s butcher’s cleaver
This cleaver has been used for butchering and cutting meat.
The naively made design of the knife gives it its characteristic charm!

Vintage 60’s mounted velvet caribou antlers – “Rangifer tarandus”
This caribou was shot in northern Sweden in the 1960’s while it’s antlers were still covered with velvet.
This layer of hairy skin coveres the antlers during a specifik growth stage of the antlers of all deer species.
The antlers were mounted on a custom made wooden plaque shield.
This impressive trophy mount would be the perfect decor piece for above the fire place or on the wall of your cabin, lodge or man cave!
After almost 60 years the velvet skin layer shows some bald spots as it lost some hairs.

Antique 50’s sailer’s rope knife
The knife fearures a folding blade and wooden handle featuring a characteristic brass anchor worked into it.
This high quality knife might have been used on many seas and oceans!
Due to a century of cutting the knife remains in a used condition,
It’s blade shows marks and wear due to use & time.
It still folds easily and it’s blade is still sharp and useable!

Vintage 50’s French Lacoste climbing spikes
Spikes like these were used by lineman for climbing telephone poles.
Fitted with these spikes, which were fastened around the wearer’s lower leg with leather straps, the lineman could climb a pole by kicking the pointed ends into the trunk with each step up.
These spikes would fit perfectly decorating your cabin, lodge or ranch home!
After 70 years these spikes remain in used condition. Due to years of use the iron surface shows an oxidiced patina.
The iron parts habe been treated with a layer of antique wax, the leather parts have been treated with leather greece.

Antique 30’s mounted red deer antlers – “Cervus elaphus”
This animal was shot and mounted in Germany in the 1930’s.
The skull is mounted on a classic wooden plague shield.
This impressive trophy mount would be the perfect decor piece for above the fire place or on the wall of your cabin, lodge or man cave!
After almost a century the trophy shows some signs of wear. Due to the years the wooden shield shows a lovely patina that only adds to the trophy’s character!

Vintage 40’s WWII era Swiss army rucksack
This rucksack was issued by the Swiss army in the 1940’s and was probably used for transporting electrical equipment like radio systems.
The bag features one large compartment, two shoudler straps and a handle on the top.
It’s made of sturdy canvas while its bottom and fastening straps are made of even stronger saddle leather.
The bag would still the ideal everyday rucksack and would also come in very handy on day hikes!
After almost 80 years the bag remains in used condition and shows signs of wear and use. The bag stood the test of being used for years and will last just as long!
The canvas has been cleaned, the leather parts have been cleaned with saddle soap and treated with grease.

Antique 30’s leather saddle bag
This bag was used by riders to wear while riding horses.
The bag is made of brown saddle leather and features one large compartment and an adjustable leather shoulder strap.
The bag can still be used as an unique handbag but would also look great decorating a wall or coat hanger!
After almost a century the bag remains in worn condition. After almost a century of heavy duty the bag shows a distressed patina. The leather faded nicely due to years of wearing, giving the boots a rugged vintage look!
The leather has been cleaned with leather soap and has been treated with grease.

Antique 19th century Swiss Black Forest folk art coat hook
This hunter figure was hand carved out of wood and features two hooks made of real chaimos horns.
This sculpture is a perfect example of old school, traditional Schwartzwalder craftmanship and features some fine details and characteristics like his hat, crossbow and knife. Pieces like this have become quite rare!
It’s an unique and very decorative piece that would be the perfect addition to any cabin, man cave or barber shop!

Antique early 19th century series of 9 zoology school charts
These beautiful charts were designed and puplished for educational purposes by Callewaert Freres – Bruxelles.
They all show various illustrations of families of mammal species printed on cardboard.
All of the charts feature paper stickers with hand written notes and names of the animal species, in Dutch and Latin.
In addition to their educational purposes, the cards are very decorative and will look great hanging in a childs room or man cave!
After more than a century all the charts show signs of wear and use.

Antique 19th century oil portrait of Jesus Christ
The painting dates back to the 1800’s and shows Jesus Christ wearing the Crown of Thorns and Latin writing.
His tormented appearance and stern look combined with the earthy tones and distressed patina give this painting it’s characteristic charm.
After more than a century the painting remains in worn condition and shows a lovely distressed patina that shows signs of wear like the tiny cracks in the paint surface.

Antique early 1900’s Italian Mandolin
This beautiful instrument was built by the master luthiers of G. Puglisi Reale & Figli in Catania – Italy.
It is a perfect example of old school craftmanship and features some unique characteristics like several types of wood and pearl details that were worked into its neck!
It also features a turtle shell pickguard, bone tuners and insect like logo on the body.
After some love this unique instrument might still get playable again but it would also fit perfectly as an unique decor piece into your lodge or cabin!
After 120 years the mandolin remains in used condition.
Due to time and use it shows signs of wear.
The piece has been generally cleaned and treated with antique wax.
The bridge has been replaces as sadly the original one was missing.
Except of minimal treatment I decided to leave the banjo in its original condition and leave it up to the next owner to either keep it that way or fully restore it.
