Antique 30’s WWII British Army Amputation Saw

Antique 30’s British army issued amputation saw

This saw has actually been used in field hospitals to operate on wounded soldiers during the second world war.
It was made by Holborn Co which was a surgical instruments manufacturer in London that provided the British army.
The saw is marked with the British Broad Arrow.

This is an unique oddity that would fit perfectly in a medical collection or cabinet of curiosities!

Due to years and use the saw shows marks of use but remains in good condition.

Measurements:
Lenght: 32 cm
