Antique 19th Century Tobacco Pipe Eagle

Antique 19th Century tobacco pipe

This unique tobacco pipe was carved out of meerschaum and is shaped like detailed eagle claws holding the bowl. It was made in the late 1800’s by the French manufacturer of Chacom Ecume Veritable in the village of Avignon.

It would be the perfect addition to any pipe collection or cabinet of curiosities!

After more than a century the pipe is in used condition and shows signs of wear. Over the years it acquired a nice patina that only adds more charm to it! It seems like the stem was glued on to the shank.

Measurements:
Length pipe: 19 cm
Hight pipe: 9 cm
