Vintage 30’s F. Ralling ice axe

This vintage ice axe was produced by F. Ralling in Fulpmes  Austria.
It comes with the original leather sheath.

This fine piece of equipment would still come on handy while braving mountains but would also be an unique decor piece to add to your interior or collection!

After almost a century the piece still remains in good condition but shows minor signs of use. Due to years of use it acquired a nice patina that only adds charm to it rugged character! The leather sheats remains in worn condition as well and shows small rips.
The axe has been treated with antique wax to give the surface a protective layer and a subtle glossy finish.
