Antique Early 1900’s Black Forest Tobacco Pipe
Antique early 1900’s black forest tobacco pipe
This unique piece of folk art was carved out of briar wood and is shaped like the devil’s face. It was made in the back forest area of Germany or Switserland.
The pipe features a stem made out of real horn.
It would be the perfect addition to any pipe collection or cabinet of curiosities!
After more than a century the pipe is in used condition and shows signs of wear. Over the years it acquired a nice patina that only adds more charm to it!
Sadly there’s a small fracture in the horn stem.
Measurements:
Length pipe: 16.5 cm
