Antique 20’s French butchers set, including a cleaver & sharpening steel
This cleaver was made in France and has been used for butchering and cutting meat by a butcher.
The sharpening steel was used to sharpen the cleaver and other knives.
It would be the perfect decor pieces to display on the wall of your kitchen or restaurant!
After more than a century the tools are in used condition.
Over the years they acquired a lovely rustic patina which only adds more charm to them!
They are treated with antique wax to give their surface a protective layer and a subtle glossy finish.
