Vintage 50’s Fireman’s Hatchet

Vintage 50’s firemans hatchet with leather sheath

This ax was issued and used by the German fire brigade.
It has a short wooden handle with steel spike on the bottom, a steel blade and comes with its original leather sheath.

It would still be the perfect piece to pack on a hike or bushcraft trip but would also be the perfect addition to any cabin decor!

After 70 years the of use the hatchet still remains in good condition and only shows some signs of wear.
