Vintage 50’s Solingen Sailors Knife

Vintage 50’s Richard Herder Solingen sailers rope knife

The knife fearures a folding blade and oak handle with a characteristic brass anchor worked into it.

After almost a century the knife is in used condition and shows signs of wear. It has been sharpened so many times the blade has slowly worn smaller.
It is treated with antique wax to give its surface a protective layer and a subtle glossy finish.
