Antique early 1900’s French sailer’s rope knife
The knife fearures a folding blade and horn handle featuring a characteristic nickel anchor worked into it.
This high quality knife might have been used on many seas and oceans!
Due to a century of cutting the knife remains in a used condition,
It’s blade shows wear due to use & time, sadly its point broke off at a certain point.
It still folds easily and it’s blade is still sharp and useable!

Antique 1910’s WWI portrait of a Belgian Lieutenant Colonel
This unique portrait shows a graphite and watercolor drawing of a moustached Lieutenant Colonel wearing his Belgian uniform. On his chest he is wearing three official medals; the Officer’s Cross, the Cross for Mobilization 1914-1918 and the Order of the Belgian Crown with swords.
The man’s stately appearance and stern look combined with the dark and earthy tones give this portrait its characteristic charm.

Vintage 30’s Dutch zoology poster
This poster was part of a series called ‘Animals in their Natural Habitat’.
It was designed in the 1920’s by several Dutch artist and published by Wolters in Groningen.
It shows the anatomy of species living near ruins.
For almost 80 years the poster has served for education purposes in a Dutch primary school!
This vintage poster would be the perfect addition to any vintage style interior!
After almost a century the poster remains in good condition but shows minimal signs of wear and age.

Antique 1920’s German pocket compass
It features a brass case and cut glass cover.
On the side the compass is equipped with a transit stud for locking the needle.
It would still be ideal to take with you on a hike, to display as small decor or to make into an unique pendant!
After more than a century the compass remains in used condition.
Due to time and use it acquired a nice patina that only adds to its charm!
Sadly the top ring went missing over the years.
It’s still functional and points north easily!

Vintage 20’s James Dixon hip flask
Bottles like this one were traditionally brought on hunts so the thirsty hunter could take a quick sip of whisky every now and then.
This hip flask was made by James Dixon & Sons in the English city of Sheffield.
It features a silver covering.
This piece would still come in handy on a hunting or hiking trip but would also be the perfect addition to any cabin decor or collection!
After almost a century this flask remains in used condition. Due to years of use it acquired a nice patina that only adds to its character in my opinion!

Vintage 30’s Stubai mountaineering carabiner & pitons
These pitons and carabiner were made in the 1930’s by Albert Lutz in the Stubai area of Austria.
After being hammered into a crack or seam of a mountainside the pitons function as an anchor and secure the climber from falling.
This antique gear would be cool decor pieces to your cabin, lodge or in your mountaineering collection!
After almost a century the gear remains in worn condition. Due to years of use they acquired a nice oxidized patina that only adds charm to their rugged character!

Made out of iron it shows a huge knife and a bearded man chasing a pig.
