Vintage 1940s WWII US army M-1944 shoepacs
These vintage winter boots were issued to the US Army during the Second World War and are a US size 7M. The boots feature sturdy leather uppers combined with durable rubber soles, making them a distinctive example of WWII-era US military footwear. The boots come with a matching pair of leather gaiters.
After more than 80 years, the boots remain in good vintage condition and have developed a subtle, authentic patina over the decades, adding to their character and appeal. The leather has been treated with leather grease to help preserve and condition it.
The boots are still wearable, although given their age, they should be handled and worn with appropriate care.
