Vintage 70’s slingshot
This must be the weapon of choise for every young boy!
It features a leather grip with a small pocket to store spare ammunition like a small rock or acorn.
This nostalgic piece would be perfect to practise your shot or to display in a cabin or lodge!

After 70 years the slingshot still remains in good condition and only shows minor signs of wear.
I replaced the elastic string.
Vintage 70’s display case with mounted leg bones of a pygmy goat
This specimen has been used for education in a Dutch high school for almost 50 years.
It was mounted and made by the Polish company of Biofiz that was specialized in manufacturing biological models and specimens.
This piece would be the perfect addition to any taxidermy collection or cabinet of curiosities!
After more than 50 years the display case still remains in good condition and only shows minor signs of wear. Some small pieces of the brown tape has come loose, but the glass case still remains steady.

Vintage 60’s KL Dutch army issued M57 para boots, almost identical to WWII US service boots!
These are very sturdy, decent boots which still have many miles to defy!
I personally have been wearing a pair of these for years now!
After years of military service these boots remain in worn condition and show signs of wear.
The leather faded nicely due to years of wearing, giving them a rugged vintage-look!
They got a distressed patina which only adds the boots’ character by giving them a rough touch.
Their soles and heels are a bit worn but will still endure for a while!
The leather has been cleaned and treated with leather grease.

Vintage 40’s German WWII era brass cased pocket compass with folding cover
On one side the compass features a transit stud that can lock the needle.
Cool to take with you on hikes, to display as small decor or to make into an unique necklace!
The compass is in a good, functional condition.
Due to use and time it’s brass case shows a lovely oxidized patina.
It’s still functional and points north easily!
It measures 45 mm in diameter
Vintage 1944′ WWII era Swiss army issued cowhide mountaineers rucksack,
also know as the Haaraffe tornister.
These very rucksacks were introduced to the Swiss Army in 1898 and
remained unchanged until 1950 because of their decent design.
The bag features multible compartments inside that can be folded open and a small compartment on front.
The rucksack has an outside covering made of cowhide, this is from where
the bag got it’s German nickname ‘haaraffe tornister’, which means ape backpack.
The inside of the backpack is lined with canvas.
After 80 years the tornister remains in worn condition and shows some traces of wear as it stood the test of being used for years.
Some of the hairs have come off of the cow skin outer lining but it doesn’t show any bald spots.
There is a small hole in the skin cover of the front pocket.

Vintage 40’s British army officers boots
These sturdy boots were issued by the British army to their officers during the second world war.
Their solid design is sturdy and stylish. The inside on one of the boots shows some markings and the British broad arrow. The boots are made of brown cow leather and feature rubber Continental soles.
The boots remain in worn but good condition considering their age! Even after 80 years they can still be worn! These are very sturdy, decent boots which still have many miles to defy!

Vintage 50’s hatchet multitool with canvas sheath
With multiple functions the design of this tool is clever and ideal for survival!
It can be used as an axe, hammer, screwdriver and even a saw when the handle is slid off.
It’s an unique piece of equipment that would fit perfectly with decorating your cabin or lodge but could also still come in handy on a hiking or camping trip!
After many years of use the tool shows some signs of wear but overall remains in good condition and can still be used!

Vintage 50’s Dutch zoological school poster
This educational poster was a part of the second series of school charts with zoological theme desgined by M.A. Koekkoek and published by J.B. Wolters in the Netherlands in the 1950’s. This chart was entitled “Surrounded by Snow & Ice”.
This chart has been used for teaching in a Dutch high school for almost 60 years.
In addition to its educational theme this poster is very decorative and would be the perfect additions to any boys room or the interior of your house, shop or bar!
After being used in a high school for many years it remains in worn condition and shows some signs of wear like tiny cracks in the paper picture and small moisture stains.
The poster measures 98 cm in width and 66 cm in height.
Vintage 50’s Swedish army issued leather motorcycle jacket
These jackets were worn by dispatch riders and police officers on motorcycles.
It’s equipped with a big front pocket and multible straps and hooks for fastening.
It’s collar can be attached by two wooden toggles and a fastening strap.
The necklabel shows the number 3.
This would be the perfect jacket to wear while riding a classic motorcycle or it would be an awesome decor piece hanging on the wall of your motorshop or bar!

Vintage raccoon dog taxidermy mount – ‘Nyctereutes procyonoides’
This animal has been mounted by a real professional in very accurate, natural looking proportions and position. It was mounted in a leaning position on a branch.
This chap derserves a nice home where it will be admired and loved. It would probably fit perfectly into a cabin, lodge or cabinet of curiosities!
The raccoon dog remains in good condition but shows a small bald spot behind the right ear although this is barely noticeable.

Vintage 50’s mounted bull horns
These horns were mounted in Gard – France in the 1950’s. The trophy has been signed by the taxidermist R. Bouvier at the back of the plaque shield.
This impressive trophy mount would be the perfect decor piece to display on the wall of your cabin, lodge or man cave!
After 70 years the trophy mount still remains in good conditions but suffered some minor signs of use.
The plaque shield shows some tiny stains in the old wax surface.
A new layer of wax has been added.
